Session fees:

  • Inquiry Call - 15 minutes: No charge

  • Psychotherapy, 50-minute session: $225

  • Psychotherapy, 75-90 minute session: $337.50

  • Clinical Consultation: $175

Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP):

  • Adults and teens: $900

  • Children aged 12 and under: $800

  • Parent & Child: $1250

Insurance coverage:

  • The "Counselling / Psychotherapy” category may cover clinicians from several different professional associations and regulatory organizations. Insurance companies usually cover psychotherapy from some professions but not others. Before beginning therapy, it can be helpful to call your insurance company to ask about coverage.

  • Each insurance policy is different. Several insurers (Manulife, Sunlife, RBC Insurance, The Co-operators, Empire Life, Canada Life, Green Shield Canada) often provide some coverage for my fees under one of these categories:

    • Mental Health Counsellor (member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals - OAMHP)
